AWR-136 Essentials of Community Cyber Security - This course is a half-day introduction to cyber security.  This basic awareness course will explore cyber security in a community context and demonstrate how cyber attacks by terrorist organizations can impact, prevent, and/or stop business operations and emergency responses. The lecture covers fundamental cyber threats, vulnerabilities and countermeasures that can impact an individual, organization and community.  Students attending this course receive four contact hours.

AWR-135 Promoting Community Cyber Security - This 6-hour lecture training provides an overview of the steps taken within organizations to protect their cyber resources. It will also look at that protection within the context of the broader community. Students attending this course receive six contact hours.

PER-258 Voice and Data Security: An Introduction to Information Assurance - This 4-day lecture and hands-on training course provides an introduction to information assurance and general security practices. The lectures and practical exercises cover a broad range of topics related to information assurance and information security issues. Students attending this course receive 24 contact hours.
